Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Treats 4 Squeaks. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

To be eligible:

  • the item must be unused and in original condition

  • packaging must be intact

  • enrichment items must not have been offered to pets

Once the item is returned and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

2. Food Items (Botanicals, Treats & Edibles)

For hygiene and safety reasons, food items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, unless faulty.

If you believe a food item is faulty, please email info@treats4squeaks.com within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Accessories (Toys, Enrichment Items & Non‑Food Products)

If an accessory arrives broken or damaged, please email info@treats4squeaks.com within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the problem

  • clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns on:

  • opened, used, or pet‑offered items

  • food items (unless faulty)

  • custom or personalised items

  • clearance items marked as non‑returnable

5. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unused items. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will send the replacement. Any price difference will be refunded or invoiced.

7. Returning an Item

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return details.

Items must be returned in suitable protective packaging. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

8. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and approve the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
