Delivery prices
Treats 4 Squeaks will offer a delivery service for all its products, providing customers with the convenience of receiving their purchases directly to the door. This service will be offered at fixed prices, dependent on weight & value (orders over £20 free). PLEASE NOTE: POSTAL PRICES WILL INCREASE IN JANUARY 2025.
Parcel shipping costs:
Standard delivery: £3.40
Animal donation boxes to Greatfield Small Animal Rescue: £3.40
If your order is over £20, you will still need to select the Animal Rescue Donation shipping costs so that Treats 4 Squeaks can post directly to them. If 'Free delivery' is selected & your order contains an Animal Rescue box, you will automatically receive a refund for the money donated to the rescue & your donation item will not be sent.
All parcels will be posted using Tracked 48
Expected delivery times: 3-5 working days
If there are any delays expected, Treats 4 Squeaks will notify you.
Refunds
I take pride in providing high-quality products however, due to the nature of my products and potential hygiene and health risks, I cannot offer refunds on any food produce. Treats 4 Squeaks can offer refunds for damaged accessories or name signs providing photographic proof of damaged goods is sent to info@treats4squeaks.com. I encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases before finalising them. It is important to note that Treats 4 Squeaks does not manufacture any of its own products but sources these from various quality suppliers. As such, I am unable to offer any guarantees on items. Treats 4 Squeaks is not obligated to adhere to specific regulations in terms of quality, safety or manufacturing processes of the products I sell & are therefore, not liable for any injury/death of your pet. Nonetheless, Treats 4 Squeaks is committed to ensuring the satisfaction and safety of its customers and their pets, and as such, I carefully select my suppliers and products based on their reputation and quality. Treats 4 Squeaks always recommends freezing food products for 48-72 hours before feeding to your pet due to it being a natural product. I am always available to provide product information and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
